Personal Training for over 50’s in your own home

Hello, my name is Jane Ardley and I have been a fully qualified Personal Fitness Trainer since 2001.  I can plan a specific programme in the comfort and privacy of your own home, to suit your needs.  Whatever your level of fitness I can help you.

You may want advice on weight control, postural or flexibility problems, toning your muscles or improving your stamina.  Do you may need help with rehabilitation following an injury or illness?

One to one training starts with an initial consultation to learn about you, what you want to achieve and also what you enjoy. I will then create a programme for your own personal ability.

I have varied & all round experience, from showing a toddler how to stretch after her Mother’s exercise session, to teaching chair Pilates to a 90 year old and training a 97 year old with an arthritic knee.

As I live in Borough Green the areas covered include Sevenoaks, West Malling & Tonbridge, along with all the surrounding villages.  I work during the day, during the week.

It’s never too late, and you are never too old, to start an exercise programme.

Jane listens carefully to what you’re aiming to achieve and your exercise likes and dislikes.  She devises a programme that’s both effective and enjoyable.  She is very positive and down-to-earth and makes sure that you gain with no pain!  If you don’t like or can’t manage a particular exercise, she will adapt it to work for you with a smile and encouraging words.  At the end of a session with her, you feel energised, with every muscle in your body having had a good workout.
